It’s coming soon! The last concert for the summer by the DCB will be performed on Tuesday, Aug. 4th at 7:30pm at the Dundas Driving Park. Be sure to bring your chair and enjoy the music of the night.

The DCB clarinet ensemble will be the guest and will play for about 10 minutes during the evening.

But, the music doesn’t stop! On Tuesday, August 11th, the Burlington Silver Swing Band will perform at the Driving Park at 7:00pm. Come out and enjoy the Big Band Music.

Can’t wait to hear the Dundas Concert Band again? Then come out to the Cactus Parade on Aug. 20th. The band will be performing in the Eccles parking lot, starting around 6:30 pm.

The Family Concert was a great success. There were several children taking part in bucket drumming, crafts, and listening to the music. The Saxophone Ensemble and the Brass Quintet performed during the evening. The children seemed quite intrigued by the playing!

Join us on Tuesday, July 28th for our 4th concert. This is our family concert, for the young and the young at heart.

There will be activities for children, including bucket drumming, starting around 6:30pm. The music will begin at 7:00pm.

This concert will feature the DCB Saxophone ensemble, and the Brass Quintet, along with the full concert band. So much to listen to!

Since last week was cancelled due to the forecast, we will also have a concert on August 4th, at 7:30pm. Be sure to bring your chair for our final 2 concerts.

Due to conflicting weather reports, including thunderstorms until 10:00pm on Tuesday, we cancelled our outdoor Concert in the Park. We apologize to you if you did not see the notices on the website and went out to the park. As we were practicing at the Town Hall, we looked out to a beautiful sunny evening, and realized that you can’t always believe the reports!

The good news is that the July 28th concert will have the Brass Quintet and probably the Saxophone ensemble perform for you as our guest performers. Also, it is the Children’s Concert, with activities for the kids. Note, this concert begins at 7:00p.m.

And, the cancelled concert will be rescheduled to Tuesday, August 4th! More information to follow.

July 21st Concert in the Park has been cancelled due to the weather. There are conflicting reports on the weather this evening. So, we have decided to cancel tonight’s performance. We hope to reschedule this performance on August 4th.

The Dundas Concert Band performing on July 14, 2026. Due to the extreme heat, the Clarinet group scheduled for this evening did not perform. They will perform, along with the Saxophone group, at the July 21st concert.

Join us on Tuesday, July 14th for our 3rd concert in the park. Our guest performers will be the DCB Clarinet group.

Here are some highlights of the first 2 concerts. The Burlington Welsh Ladies Chorus were our guest performers at our first concert, and the Dundas Pipes and Drums were our guest for the second performance.

The Dundas Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 36, has donated $1000.00 to the Dundas Concert Band. This money will go towards our daily operating expenses, and the purchase of new percussion equipment. We are very grateful for this donation. Below are members of the DCB as well as from the Legion.

On Saturday, June 6th, members of the Dundas Concert Band performed at the Library. The first ensemble was a Clarinet group, followed by the Brass Quintet, and then the Saxophone group. Each group played a variety of pieces, delighting the audience.
