Thank you to everyone for coming out to hear us at the Dundas Cactus Parade on August 20th. Such a beautiful night for a parade! Although the DCB doesn’t march in the parade, we had fun at the Eccles Auto Service parking lot, playing before the parade, and during the parade when there was a quiet time.
The Dundas Concert Band will be taking a break for a few weeks. Our first practice back will be Tuesday, September 15th at 7:30pm in the Town Hall. If you are interested in learning more about the band, or would like to come out to play with us, please check out our website for more information. We are currently in need of a bassoon player, although other players are welcome to attend. Just let us know before you come, at info@dundasconcertband.com.
Our upcoming performances include the Remembrance Day Service in Gore Park, and our annual Christmas concert, held the 3rd Sunday in December. More information to follow.
